What Causes Heart Palpitations And Fatigue?
I have times of heart palpitations (feels like heart stops for a couple of seconds and is irregular.) I m having some lightheadedness that lasts a few seconds at a time. I have fatigue and I also have hypothyroidism. Could this be due to my hypothyroidism or something else?

I really appreciate your concern, the only test option you have is to get done the EKG without this nothing can be said for sure, but it may be due to some functional elements and not due to thyroid dysfunction or cardiac disease hope this information helps.
