hi i am 32 year old woman, i have illeitis (early stage) my doc said i am almost cured. i have some symptoms sometimes. i am very careful with my diet. i have pcod , thyroid . i am planning to concieve (first child) will illeitis effect my pregnancy ? will it effect my baby? will i have a normal pregnancy & delivery? will i pass on the genes to my child? also what diet should i follow. i am a veg. is cinnamon pepper garlic onion good
