Hi,

Lisdexamfetamine is a central nervous system stimulant. It affects chemicals in the brain and nerves that contribute to hyperactivity and impulse control. Basically in ADHD. During my time of use, I had patients complaints of excessive sweating but! never any smell. Smell is usually by bacterial growth near your sweat glands, an antibacterial soap may help with your issue. If you are feeling uneasy by taking 60 mg, you should reduce the dose back to 40 mg.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Siddharth Kumar, Internal Medicine Specialist
