I have GAD. A year ago 25mg Paxil stopped being effective. I ve tried Cymbalta, Mirtazapine (great at first but the great effects only lasted 3 months. I was then prescribe Zoloft. I ve been on it five weeks, two weeks at 12.5mg and three weeks at 25mg. I ve lost all appetite and have had some nausea. My doctor suggested going back to Paxil today, she s afraid a higher dosage of Zoloft would make me more nauseous. Which drug should be more effective for anxiety? Marcia
