Does Infection In Kidney Cause Pain In Lower Stomach Radiating To Back?
I have diverticulitis, but at the moment I don t think that is the problem for my pain becasue I m not constipated, but yet I have this pain on my lower left side of my belly and sometimes connecting to left back side in the same direction, could that be a kidney infection?

the pain in the back radiating to the lower abdomen could be due to the renal calculi, ie. kidney stones, not the infection, in infection you'll be suffering from fever , fatigue and difficulty in micturition, the renal calculi is diagnosed only by the ultrasound, kindly get it done to confirm the stones.
don't worry they can be parmanently cured, take care.
