Does Inflammation And Facet Joint Syndrome In Bilateral Needs Surgery?

My mri report says: 4.1 mm disc protrusion l5-s1 with abutment of the exiting left l5 root. 3.1 mm retrolisthesis l4 on l5. 3.1 mm posterior disc protrusion l4-l5. 2.6 mm right posterolateral disc bulge with 2.6 mm left posterolateral bulging component. Facet joint effusions on the left l5-s1, bilateral l4-l5, bilateral l3-l4 differential diagnosis includes strain, inflamation, arthropathy or facet joint syndrome... please tell me if this needs surgery, there are times I can t walk, since have lots of pain from my neck to my toes and just turned 43.. Thanks
