Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Vaccine contain antigen. There is immune reaction and leads on to production of antibodies which offer protection against disease. During this process there is release of pro inflammatory mediators which could fever and other constitutional symptoms. It's perfectly normal and there is no cause for concern.

Supportive and symptomatic care is all that is required.

In case you require any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care
