Does Injury Mediated Severe Pain In Pelvic Girdle Signify Muscle Tear And What Could Be The Treatment?

I took a fall off a stool and landed on concrete and metal objects. Crazy pain, I went to urgent care, they closed the laceration on my arm and said that I most likely had cracked ribs and to just give it time. It's been ten and I having a sharp tissue tearing pain by my post. Pelvic girdle. Could I have torn a muscle? And if so should I have it surgically corrected? Or will it just heal?

Fall injuring pelvic girdle bony involv ment ito be ruled out. CTSCAN of pelvis will rule out bony involv ment. If there is no bony involv ment then analgesic tablet hot compression anal gesic oint ment aplication from outside with rest, you will be alright.
