Though you are taking excellent care of hygiene and other parameters, loss of vaginal flora due to lowered immunity or pH changes can lead to fungal or bacterial infection of vaginal canal. Mirena is not a usual or common cause of vaginal odor as it is being kept under sterile precautions.
