General & Family Physician 's  Response
Cognix contain piracetam. It is used as cognitive enhancer such as for improvement of memory and intelligence. It improves general cognition when supplemented by people in a state of cognitive decline, such as the kind that comes with aging. It is not used for treatment of dizziness. It is sometimes recommended after bypass surgery because during bypass surgery there is death of brain cells caused by hypoxia. Cognitive impairment has been seen after bypass surgery.
Advice
1.     Cinnarizine 25 mg per oral when dizziness occurs
2.     Continue Cognix for 1 month
3.     Investigation - ECG
Thanks
