Does Intake Of Crestor Cause Depression And Lethargy?
Hello. I have been taking Creator for the past 6 months. The symptoms I have range from being lethargic and disinterested during work and daily activities to feeling depressed most of the time. Two months ago I was diagnosed with Atypical bppv Vertigo. The list of medications I current take are as follows: Benazepril 20 mg daily Metformin 850 mg twice daily Paroxetine 20 mg daily Creator 20 mg daily Meclizine 25 mg every 8 hours
Crestor is a statin used to maintain or reduce the levels of lipids. Depression is an infrequent side effect of statins, if any. Rather some of the studies even point towards a low depression rates among users of statins as compared to others. Therefore for practical purpose it should be taken, that statins do not cause any increased or decreased incidence of depression till proved otherwise by some larger study.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
