General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern regarding the safety of Lisinopril.
Lisinopril does cause any harmful effect on male infertility.
It is one of the safest and effective drug used in the treatment of high BP.
Its most common side effects include dry cough, rash, swelling of the face or lips, and itching.
There is no relation between its use and the spermatogenesis or male hormone secretion thus there is no adverse impact on male infertility.
Hope this answers your query
