Lovan contains
fluoxetine. Fluoxetine is an SSRI and is used to treat
major depressive disorder. Common side effects of Lovan include insomnia, strange dreams, headache, dizziness, vision changes, tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, weakness, yawning, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dry mouth, sweating, changes in weight or appetite, stuffy nose, sinus pain,
sore throat, flu symptoms, decreased sex drive, or difficulty having an orgasm etc.
So heaviness in head is most probably due to Lovan.
Advice
1. Take Lovan 10 mg in the morning. Do not take it at bed time as it causes insomnia
2.
Clonazepam 0.25 mg at bed time for 1 month
3. Sleep at least 8 hours
4. Avoid smoking and alcohol
5. Start workout in gym at least half an hour in a day for 5 days in a week
6. Do meditation
7. Share your problem with your family and close friends

Consult a psychiatrist for follow up and counseling
