Does Intake Of Megace Help In Treating Loss Of Appetite?

Hi! Would Megace be recommended for a 96 yo woman in the hospital with pneumonia and refusal to eat. She was relatively healthy before the pneumonia and doesn't take any medication except occasional Tylenol. She does have a history of skin cancer and eye cancer.

taking past history and age factor. onchologist is to be consulted, and she is to be given proper nursing care and iv fluid and proper antibiotic for control of pnemonea symptomatic treatment can be given for other problem.
