General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Yes, delayed period and abdominal pain are because of postinor pills. I don't think you are pregnant. However to be sure you can opt for a urine pregnancy test. Also repeated doses may be harmful and may lead to side effect, so avoid it.

I hope this was useful and do ask if you have any other queries.

Regards,
Dr. Akash Kumar
