Hello dear I understand your concern Postinor 2 contain high progesterone and it is same hormone that produce in body. Adverse effect of postinor 2 on fetus has not been reported. So it will not affect baby. But for safer side pregnancy should be detected and completely analysed by USG scan. I would suggest to consult fetal medicine specialist and undergo USG scan to confirm normal pregnancy.
