Does Intake Of Primolut And I Pill Cause Prolonged Bleeding?

hi doc i am anjali 18yr old...12 days back i had sex with my boy friend next to that day my periods has started so to delay my period i have taken premoult and ipill on the same day it resulted in bleeding from the past 10days does it lead to pregnancy?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you are wondering if Primolut and I pill cause prolonged bleeding. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query , but in your case the symptoms are due to Primolut and I pill , because both can cause bleeding . It is important to note that the emergency contraceptive pill is not an abortion pill. It stops pregnancy but cannot terminate it. Therefore it is ineffective if a woman is already pregnant. So i would suggest you to do pregnancy test and consult gynecologist for bleeding problem without any delay .
