General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
You can do hot saline gargles twice a day. That hot milk with turmeric powder & ginger powder at bed time. Avoid sour, cold & spicy etables. Thane over the counter anti inflammatory pills like Ibuprofen & anti-allergic pill like Ibuprofen twice a day after food & tab. Cetrizine at bed time. In case of no relief or aggravation of symptoms demand antibiotic. You should consult your family doctor for specific advise.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
