Does Intake Of Schizandra Help Improve Memory Power?

.Sorry I just hit enter by mistake, so will start again. My husband and I just started taking schizandra for general health but specifically for memory. An article written by an herbalist recommends taking lyceum berry supplements for the best results. Do you have any info on this?

Hello,

Schisandra fruit extract is a panacea and is used for varied illnesses including memory loss etc and is taken orally.

Except for some GI symptoms, it is free of side effects. The evidence base supporting its use is poor.

The ‘natural’ image of this therapy is attractive and given the inadequacy of conventional treatments for memory loss, one feels nothing to lose. Some, however, will find considerable benefit from them.

If it helps, to continue.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
