Hello,
CCQ is
Clomiphene -100mg & Coenzyme Q - 50 mg, it can cause
thrombosis especially in women at risk. Since you have a history of thrombosis, ideally you are prone to it.
You are suggested to give a detailed past history to your treating gynecologist. You should first get checked if you are ovulating or not. If you are ovulating naturally, you don't need to take CCQ. If you have PCOS get it treated, it is a major cause of
infertility.
To help boast fertility so that you ovulate, take food rich in antioxidants, take more fiber, vegetable protein, maintain low BMI, take
Vitamin E & B6 or food rich in it. Stay away from stress & anxiety.
Cut on
trans fat, carbohydrates, refined flour, smoking, alcohol & lead a healthy lifestyle. If you are planning for a baby have frequent intercourse with your partner.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
