Does Intake Of Cinnamon Supplements Help In Abortion?
Hi. I m 25 years old and I just found out 2 days ago that I m pregnant. I started seeing signs of my chest getting full and thought my period was coming on. But of course not. I was wondering can I take cinnamon supplements to cause a miscarriage since I feel I m not ready to have and carry another life right now ?! And how many per day is recommended to not overdose ?! Thank you.

Understand your concern
Dear not that, cinnamon intake does not cause successful abortion.
You have to take mifepristone plus misoprostol after confirming intrauterine pregnancy by less than 9 week by USG scan under the advice and supervision of gynecologist.
Do not use abortion pill at home as self medication as it cause serious bleeding and risk of failure of abortion.
By procedure, 600 mg mifepristone should be followed by misoprostol 800 ug vaginally by gynecologist. Some time extra dose may be needed if abortion will not induce.
Abortion process will stsrt in 35-50 minutes and will finish in 4-5 days.
Post abortion USG scan should be done aftre 14 days to confirm complete process of abortion.
Post abortion advice: rest for 48 hour, analgesic, healthy diet with iron supplements, maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
