Hi. I have PCOS and now I am trying to concieve. Last October I had an very early miscarriage. I am drinking jeera water daily to reduce weight. Does jeera water increases chance of miscarriage? Should I stop having jeera water? I am having Metformin and folic acid daily.

As you explain that you have had a previous abortion than it would be better to avoid any extra unknown substance in your body to be sure. There are no studies regarding jeera water nevertheless try to avoid it in my opinion.
