Does Intake Of Curd Cause Chronic Cold And Sinusitis?

Hi, Iam 24 years old,height 5 feets 3 inches,weight 45 kgs. Iam suffering from cold since 3 years .doctor said it might be siunsitis(sinus).I also has piles problem.So i take lemon,curd daily in my diet.So i have a question for you .Does eating curd cause cold or Sinus problems?Please advice.

Hi,
Sinusitis can be labelled chronic if repeats in episodes for more than 2 yrs. Given your situation, taking curd might not affect when at room temperature, but if you're taking them cold, then you would want to stop it. In my opinion you should take optimal care not to get exposed to cold air, especially when driving. Keep yourself warm, avoid cold things and help yourself with good amount of food and sleep, as they help you improve your Cell Mediated Immunity. Hope this was helpful.
