General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
After unprotected sex, if your partner has taken contraceptive pill within 72 hours and urine pregnancy tests shows negative result then there is negligible chance of pregnancy.
Oral contraceptive pills content synthetic hormones which interfere in normal menstrual cycle. Probably those hormones are the reason for prolonged menstrual cycle in your case. Wait for 4-5 days more and if still bleeding is not there then consult your primary physician or Gynecologist.
Through clinical examination and treatment will be required.

Thanks & Take Care,
Dr. Suraj D.
