General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The reasons for the smell from the mouth may be the infection of the gums of the teeth, or oral mucosa, pharynx,or tongue etc.
The other reasons may be the infection in the G.I. tract, burping may cause the bad smell. You may need to have E.C,G, and other tests for diagnosis.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
He may prescribe, ofloxacin, ornidazole, ranitidine, and lactic acid bacilli, till the diagnosis is established.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. thank you.
