Does Intake Of Plan B Post Unprotected Sex Prevent Pregnancy?

really worried I might be pregnant and I really don't want to be and I've been thinking about it a lot and kinda stressing over it. My last period was on November 30th and it lasts about 3 days and me and my boyfriend has sex 4-5 days later on December 7th we had unprotected sex and he pulled out before he came and I've been getting worried if I could be pregnant so I took the plan b pill the Same week we had sex which was on Thursday but I took it in the morning and with taking the pill I've been experiencing the side affects of the pill like headaches, stomach pain and nasaeus I also took a pregnancy test today and came out negative idk If i took it to early pls help!!

Yes intake of plan B pill post unprotected sex should avoid pregnancy. Emergency contraceptive pill or plan B pill work by preventing implantation of fertilized egg on uterus. It should be taken as early as possible. It is 95% successful if taken within 24 hours & 70 % successful if taken 24-72 hours.
As you have taken the pill the next morning, You should now relax as pregnancy possibility is very less. Also the pregnancy test is negative. The symptoms like headaches, stomach pain and nauseous feeling are common side effects of emergency pill & would reduce in 1-2 days.
Use condom or regular contraceptive pill as method of conception in future. Taking more emergency contraceptive pills can cause problems like irregular periods, ovarian hyper-stimulation syndrome & even infertility.
