Does Intake Of Steroid Cause Stye On Eyelid?
I had cataract surgery on July 21st. About 2 days ago I developed a stye on the lower eye lid toward the nose. I am currently taking Prolensa 0.07%, Ofloxacin Ophthalmic Solution 0.3% and Prednisolone Acetate Ophthalmic Suspension USP 1%. I read on this site that the steroid can cause a stye. I am not at home and therefore cannot see my ophthamologist. Just wondering if I should discontinue the steroid. Thanks you

continue treatment for both. steroid will not effect any thing. as you are alright appellation for stye be done.
