Hi,

Thyronorm is actually prescribed to treat hypothyroidism (decreased thyroid hormones).

It should always be taken on an empty stomach 30 minutes to one hour before breakfast.

Nexium-40 is a stomach acid suppressant commonly prescribed to treat tastroesophageal reflux disease and other conditions. It should also be taken on an empty stomach one hour before meals.

These two medicines are generally well tolerated however they should not be taken together.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali
