Me and my gf had had sex not fully only my penis mouth touched her vegina and it was not with condom so i said her to take unwanted 72 and she took in within 24 hours now she is safe or not plz help meme and she is feeling a attaco of pain in stomach since two days

Yes as she has taken the pill well within 24hrs it will protect from pregnancy.
The pain in stomach might be because of the hormonal changes the pill causes after ingestion.
As it is you have not mentioned whether you ejaculated or not. As you have not mentioned I guess you haven't then there was no chance of pregnancy as such.
But taking the pill have ensured that pregnancy won't be happening.
So you needn't worry about it.
