Does Internal Bleeding Cause Severe Fatigue?
I had a stent placed on Oct 3rd due to a heart attack caused by a blood clot in the LAD artery. I m on Brilinta, 90 mg twice/day. I m also taking Coreg and Lisinopril. The past week I started loosing weight. About 7 pounds during the week, going from 165 to 158 today. My eating habits have not changed. I m also very tired and have taken several naps during the weekend. Could this be due to internal bleeding? It s just a thought that came to me today. I m thinking of stopping at the walk-in clinic tomorrow before going to work. Should I take my dose of Brilinta tonight? I m 65 years old.

There could be chances of internal bleeding and it can lead to fatigue. Therefore, you have to consult first and then decide about Brilinta. Without consultation you should not stop it.
