Does Iron Deficiency Anaemia Cause Difficulty Walking?

A family member has started to take iron supplements (210mg x 3) due to iron deficiency anaemia - her iron count is only 63, and the Doctor has suggested internal bleeding as the reason . As to the exact cause - further tests are required. In the interim, the patient who is elderly can no longer walk, and her urine has become bright orange with a strong smell. Could you please tell me if her inability to walk is due to the low iron levels, and if the strong urine is due to the iron supplements. Thank you
