Does Iron Tablet Cause Yellow Urine?
Hi, I have been very tired lately and fall asleep within 2 seconds of not doing any thing. My Pharmacist checked my pressure and I am 114/60 which is very low , I was given 2 sets of iron Tablets to be taken daily . I just realized that my urine is bright yellow , could this be from the iron tablets that I took

Drink enough water 2 liters per day is recommended.
