Does Irregular Periods Indicate Any Problem?

I am trying to conceive from last 4months.Last month i got periods after 45 days with the help of tablets it was on 22nd dec. Now from last night again periods are started .Is there any problem internally .Presently am using ovacare, and folic acid.
