Does Jumping Rope Cause Infertility?
I am unmarried girl and my age is 25 years old and my weight is 70 kg. I want to reduce my weight by jump roping. Can u tell me is it harmful or girls. Because I heard it can be harmful for girls. It causes infertility nd utres problem etc. Plz guide me.
