Does Kissing A Hiv Positive Cause Sore Throat And Headache?

I am a 42 year old male and I recently kissed an HIV positive girl. I dont think I had any sore in the mouth or bleeding gum at that time and i am not too sure about the girls dental hygiene then but i did not taste blood in her mouth at the time. The kiss lasted for only a couple of seconds but i had an allergy that was constantly producing phlegm in my mouth at the time. I started developing a sore throat 36 hours later and before the end of the day the sore throat subsided and i started developing a mild headache. A week later the mild headache persists and i also started developing pains in my left tonsils whcih later transferd to my right tonsils a week later. I have done the rapid test 2 weeks after the exposure and it was negative. Do you think i could have contacted the sickness? We are in the period of the year where people normally come down with the flu and malaria
