Does Kratom Plant Help Withdrawal From Opiate Substances?
Have you ever heard about a plant called "Kratom"? Plus any medical evaluations about this herb would be appreciated. I heard very little, but from what I have heard it is a substance used in Asia to help some withdraw from opiate substances., and is illegal in some countries to obtain. Thank You for your time. Ed.

There is a lot of claims and literature to suggest that kratom is useful for opoid withdrawal but going by its pharmacological profile it is an opoid itself and it leads to addiction to thus banned in several states including its native Thailand. Some people argue that it has medical benefits but so does cocaine and heroin.
