Does Lack Of Vitamins In The Body Cause Recurring Cramps?

I ve been getting charley horse type pains in various areas when I move differently like reaching around to wipe and the sharp pain comes out above my waist or reaching for something with my left hand and getting the sharp pain around my left shoulder blade and some sciatic pain on both sides when I sit too long and stand up. I ve recently run out of woman s vitamins could that be the cause?
