Does Lactation Occur If While Not Being Pregnant?

Hi, I m a 21 year old female. I have never been pregnant. Lately i have noticed that i have been lactating out of my right breast for about three and a half days. Only a little bit comes out ( at most about the size of a pen point maybe a little more) at a time but it occurs five to six times in a day. It does not happen at all with the left breast. Today (2/18/14) it has happened a lot more. My breast does not hurt at all. I am not late for my period. My last period was February 2nd to February 5th my next period should be on the 3rd of next month. I have taken two pregnancy test mother practically made me. Both of which came up negative. So my question is, should I go to the hospital and if i do what do you suggest i have tested? I hope i have given you enough information to work with if not please ask away.
