Does Laproscopic Surgery Increase The Chance Of Pregnancy?

Hi, am married since 3 years. Not getting conceived. Doctor told that i have PCOS. am taking medicines from 4 cycles. still no use. she suggested to take Fertyl 150mg tablet from 2nd day of mences and then also if i wont conceive, she suggested to take laproscopic surgery to rupture the folicles. If I do that is the possibility of conceiving is more? and if I wont conceive then also, do I need to take the surgery every time?

HI
Well come to HCM
AS I say that pregnancy is more natural phenomenon than the physiological one, some time even after every tests came normal pregnancy does not takes placed and some time with obvious problem conception being seen, so in my opinion just keep trying for this in natural way and no need to go any surgery or medicines, hope this helps.
