hi...Dr. m suffering from urine infection...symptoms are pain while urination and weakness as well.. slight white discharge seen on my glans penis coming out from urinary tube... is this a candid infection spread from my wife... i want to be free from this i want to join gym ...sometimes lethargy feeling also thr ...always at evening while returning to home m suffering from ankle foot pain...why is this so... m feared for gaining weight ..so i try my diet plan accordingly ...eat less trying salads...juices... is this because less appetite it is making me lack of energy?
As per my clinical experience, the lack of energy and low appetite are in concern with underlying: @ Urinary tract infection, @ Side effect of antibiotics prescribed for UTI
You should wait till the period of antibiotic doses are over for best evaluation of concern.
