I m 35 years,I have c.section since 8 months before,after c.sec my every mensoral cycle is. Good.but this month periods sart before five days instead of two days before..i lift heavy weight on this day two tme.,n did over work at home.is this a cause of early bleeding ?.my last menses date was18 of may due to my ruitine.it should b on 16 jun but bleding start on 13 jun.i m worrid...
Hi, menstrual period between 2 to 5 days is normal. Lifting heavy weight has no relation to menstrual cycles. Since you had c-section little while earlier, better not to lift heavy weights as it puts more pressure on your anterior abdominal wall, which may precipitate some conditions like incisional hernia later on. Periods can be a few days (2 - 3) early or late (2 -3), which is very much normal.
