Does Lips And Fingernails Change Colour During Pregnancy?

Hi I am twelve weeks pregnant and my lips and fingernails keep turning purple/blue and i keep feeling cold and tired and breathless if i do more than gentle walking is this normal? I am 34 and usually in good health although I occasionally get asthma. This feels different to asthma though.
