Does Living In A Higher Altitude Reduce Joint Pains?
I just returned from a trip hiking in the rockies. I found that my joint pain was almost gone. Does living at a higher altitude reduce joint pain especially in back and hingers. I am 66 years old, 5 7 . 165 lbs. I have both knees replace last sept. and on high blood pressure medicine and take plavix for stints.

There is no link between altitude and joint pain. The oxygen will be low at high altitudes and it will be difficult for person who is not accustomed to it to live at higher altitudes.
