Understanding your concern. The symptoms you mention in query are very common as fermilon is an oral contraceptive and its long term use gives these acne problems. It seems that your problem is due to hormonal imbalance. I would suggest you to wash your face with face-wash containing salicylic acid , exfoliate your skin once a week. You should apply raw honey on acne for 15 minutes daily and then wash , drink plenty of water and eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined if symptoms keeps on persisting and go for proper treatment such as laser therapy or chemical peeling.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
