Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of chronic acne which occurs when pore in your skin gets clogged, usually with debris, bacteria and dead skin cells.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you to exfoliate gently once or twice a day with a salicylic acid-based exfoliant. Apply benzoyl peroxide cream or gel for killing the bacteria in the pore. Do Not touch or prick acne. Wash your face using a clindamycin gel with mild soap and lukewarm water. If condition doesn't improve in a week then consult dermatologist for proper diagnosis. Doctor may prescribe chemical peeling and laser therapy.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
