Does Low BP And Heart Rate Coupled With Dizziness Need Immediate Medical Attention?

My husband is 66 years old. Earlier today he felt very cold, said that he had some stomach pain and had to lie down. Later on, he woke up sweating. His blood pressure is now 125/59 (it's typically low) and heart rate is 78. He feels dizzy. Is something seriously wrong with him or could it be just a stomach flu?

Hi
Welcome to Health care magic.

I went through the history you have provided here. It seems from the history that your husband is having dizziness and stomach pain.
Blood pressure in his case is not very low and hear rate is also in normal range.
Hence he does not require immediate attention but if the dizziness continues he needs treatment after evaluation by your physician.

Hope this information is helpful.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
