Does Low Blood Sugar Level Cause Fatigue And Depression?
I have been experiencing the following symptoms: Fatigue, depression, sugar/carb cravings, compulsive overeating (& weight gain), nocturia, insomnia. In the past I ve had my blood sugar levels tested and the results were low (3.something mmol/L). Is it possible that unstable/low blood sugar is responsible for my symptoms? Should I see a doctor, or just make some lifestyle choices?
Hi Sir/Mam, I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.
Yes, your assumption is correct. low sugar levels definitely causes fatigue, depression etc.,
Try out Glucon-D daily and good dietary habits. Never be hungry. Fruits and vegetables are advised. After trying out these. you may consult a doctor locally if not improved.
