I am 26 yrs old . I am not having preiods from last 2 months. Not even pregnant. I checked lots of time. I took unwanted pills on may after dat hving bleeding at the end of the month. Already periods was came on may. From june its not coming . It can be possible because of low hemoglobin. ...? pls suggest me somthing

not directly,but low iron level may be sign of heavy bleeding and heavy bleeding may be sign of gynecologic issue. Wish you good health. Regards
