Does Low Low Sugar Levels Cause Wobbly Legs Feeling?
Hi, I m a 52 y.o., active and fit female, 140 lbs., 5 ft. 4. Other than cholesterol a little high, I am very healthy. Usually have something like a banana and a low-calorie vitamin drink (i.e. Fuse) for lunch. Many times in the late afternoon I experience what I describe as the shakes .......but very light and the wobbly leg feeling, again nothing serious at all. Is this low blood sugar? What should I eat?

Hello welcome to HCM Yes.it may be one of the hypoglycemic symptoms. As you have only little amount of food with low calories.it might not be sufficient for your body.
So,i would advice you to do check your blood sugar levels once, both before and after food.
This will help you to confirm the sugar levels.
Hope i have answered your query. Thank you
