I had a rush and thought I was going to black out, someone said it was because I hadn t eaten and my sugar was low, is that possible for it to make me feel like I was going to pass out, I felt the rush to my head so I squat to the ground and it passed

Hypoglycaemia do causes giddiness and fainting episodes. If you get this episode again I advise you to get complete evaluation done to rule out any other possibilities for your symptoms.
